实验室浓缩机用于金矿的  浸出  质换提金工艺中，是  浸出后的矿浆进行固液分离洗涤作业的专用设备，并用于 矿水冶、轻工、化工、环保工业的脱水作业，实验室浓缩机具有占地面积小，节省能耗、简化工艺配置、减少辅助设备操作方便等特点。

NSL-66型实验室浓缩机是采用湿式选矿的选后产品（矿浆）进行脱水的一种设备，由浓缩池和机械刮泥耙组成。进入浓缩池的矿浆其固体矿粒在自身重力的作用下沉降于池底，实现固液分离，沉积于池底的矿泥被刮泥耙连续不断地集到中心排矿口排成，而澄清水由池边溢流口溢出，达到脱水浓缩的目的。

三、传动过程及结构

NSL-66型试验室浓缩机由浓缩池、减速装置、提耙装置、进料槽等组成。

传动时由减速电机带动主轴和耙架逆时针方向低速转动，沉降矿粒被连续刮集到排矿石漏斗排出。

传动提耙手轮，可以提升或下降耙架，当浓缩池内沉降的矿粒过厚埋住耙架而超载时，应转动提耙手轮，将耙架从矿粒层中提起，载荷减轻后，又将耙架下降到工作位置。
