我们生产线配备了创新的螺旋储压式模具，也是我们的专利产品。此模具有效克服了挤出压力的瞬时波动，实现了物料高速恒压的稳定挤出；
 
 
 
 
 
 
我们的生产线采用可编程控制系统控制整线，有效的提高了整线运行的同步性和可操作性。让操作者省时、省力的操作生产线，同时让管理者能够实时了解生产线运行情况。
 
 
 
 
 
 
机组可选配管材米重控制系统，本系统用以  的控制物料输送量，系统喂料精度可达到≤5‰。生产线与此系统配合使用既缩短了开机时间又提高了产品质量，同时有效的节约原材料；
 
 
 
 
 
 
新一代智能型全自动双工位卷取机能够根据管材的设定长度实现自动收卷、换卷、切割、打包和卸卷全过程，整个过程无需人工干预。系统配备的高精度伺服排线器实现布线均匀、节距可调，保证了管材的连续高速生产过程中管材排列美观整齐；凯德  的张力控制装置能够使收卷速度与生产速度自动同步，从而减少人工的干预。
