 本履带式抛丸机适合多品种，大中批量生产工件的表面除锈或抛丸强化，清理工件必须是不怕碰撞的单重在150kg以下的铸件及热处理件，该机既可单机使用，又可配线使用. 属于铸造机械范围。 
 
 自动：将工件放入橡胶履带滚筒中，操作人员按下“运行”按钮，抛丸室门气动关闭，抛丸清理开始，履带向前运行，工件不断地进行翻滚，  强力抛丸器将抛丸高速抛射到正在翻滚的工件表面上，工件可完全均匀地得到清理。钢丸通过履带上的溜孔流入螺旋输送机，再将钢丸输送到斗式提升机，经斗式提升机提升到分离器，被分离后存储待用。抛丸结束后，抛丸室门自动开启，履带反转，将工件卸出。 
 
 手动：该机是利用高速回转的叶轮将弹丸抛向履带内连续翻转的工件上，从而达到清理工件的目的。它适用于各行业中的小型铸件、锻件、冲压件、齿轮、弹簧等件的清砂、除锈、去氧化皮和表面强化。本机是综合国内外技术，设计开发的新产品，是一种清理效率高、结构紧凑、噪声小、成套性好的清理设备。
