刮刀式自清洗过滤器是一种自动刮除颗粒杂质系统。不仅适用于悬浮液的杂质分离过滤，而且可用于对粘稠液体的杂质分离，其结构稳固，运行稳定可靠，可用于严酷的工业环境。

【结构及工作原理】：
 
 
刮刀式自清洗过滤器主要组件有：电机、电控箱、控制管路、主管组件、滤网组件、刮刀、框架组件、传动轴、进出口连接法兰等。自清洗过滤器克服传统过滤产品的纳污量小、易受污物堵塞、过滤部分需拆卸清洗且无法监控过滤器状态等众多缺点，具有对原水进行过滤并自动对滤网进行清洗排污的功能，且清洗排污时系统不间断供水，可以监控过滤器的工作状态，自动化程度很高。覆盖了由10um到3000um的各种过滤精度的需求。
  
 
刮刀式自清洗过滤器液体通过进口流入，通过滤元表面流向出口；当滤元表面杂质累积到一定程度时，滤元内外的压力差达到设定值，配有校正器的刮刀贴近滤元表面转动，对杂质进行刮除，杂质随滤元表面进入收集腔；当收集腔内的杂质达到一定量时，排污阀根据设定时间自动开启，将含有高浓度杂质的液体排出。全过程通过智能化PLC/PAC进行全自动控制。
 
 
Structure and working principle:
The main components of the scraper type self-cleaning filter are: motor, electronic cabinet, control pipeline, main pipe components, strainer components, scraper, frame component, transmission shaft, import and export connecting flange,-cleaning filter overcomes many shortcomings of traditional filter products, such as small contamination capacity, easy to be blocked by contaminants, the filter part needs to be disassembled and cleaned,, the system provides continuous water supply when cleaning the sewage,10um to 3000um.
