【基本说明】:
微孔过滤机是在立式密闭壳体内安装微孔过滤管PE/PA为主过滤区,在壳体底部的气动排渣底盖上设有带过滤管的辅助过滤区,主要解决将物料通过上部过滤管快速滤完,底部辅助过滤管将壳体内剩料一次过滤完成,适用对滤渣有干度要求,设计实现无剩料的过滤。完全封闭过滤,清洁化生产,整个过滤过程可实现完全自动化,无气味,无任何环境污染,只要轻轻一按控制按钮,排渣口即能自动打开,滤渣能十分方便自动排除同时滤液、滤渣能共同回收。

【结构及工作原理】:
微孔过滤机主要由壳体、主过滤管、辅助过滤管、起盖结构、底盖气动快开排渣装置等组成,其中主过滤管是PE、PA微孔过滤管。
过滤过程:通过加压泵使过滤介质从进液口进入滤筒内,经过主过滤区快速过滤,底部辅助过滤区将壳内剩料一次过滤完成;
反吹过程:通入反吹气体,从过滤管中由内向外对滤渣进行反吹,使得滤渣从过滤管外部脱落,掉入过滤器底部;
排渣过程:打开底部快开底盖,对脱落在底部的滤渣进行排放。
Structure and working principle:
