    六角焊接螺母。称为六角点焊螺母，六角碰焊螺母，一面外六角形状，另一面是三个凸起焊点和一个圆形凸台。三个凸起的焊点用于焊接作用，圆形的凸台用于定位。六角焊接螺母起与母体连接的作用。利用焊机把六角焊接螺母连接到母体上面，再使用螺丝固定需要的物体。一般配合点焊机使用，焊接性能好，效率快。这种螺母广泛应用于汽车座椅，钣金机箱机柜，模具，船舶，铁路等行业。六角焊接螺母解决了普通螺母无法固定母体的问题。螺母的一面有三个焊点和圆形凸台。凸台用于定位，焊点用于焊接。首先在母体上冲出定位孔，把螺母的凸台定位在孔上面，然后使用点焊机把螺母焊接在母体上。焊接原理是高温熔化螺母的三个焊点，使焊点熔化在母体上，达到焊接作用。这种连接方式属于不可拆卸连接。
