Facom 1/2" Drive Electronic Torque Wrench (7-135nm , approx 5-100 ft lbs)(E.306A.135S) (9x12mm accessories can be purchased separately) which enables the accurate torquing of fasteners,+/-2%.
 
 
I feel the 306 series (mechanical or electronic versions)'ve got the option of using the open end or ring end attachments when a ratchet/"E-Series" torque wrenches are ....

Note - I've received 2 of these in the last 3 months and both have calibration certificates showing far better than +/-2%, at each of the 3 calibration points, 27nm/81nm/135nm (20%, 60% and      of the range), the worst deviation for spec was 0.4%.
