双管双色挤出系统配备凯德自主设计并经过长时间验证的  挤出机。与此同时，客户可根据双色在管材占比的不同配置不同型号的挤出机，在实现  、高速挤出的同时 实现了多样性和灵活性。
 
 
我们  的压力平衡分配技术在双出复合模具设计中得以应用，实现了每层熔体压力的稳定与平衡。此技术有效解决了其他同类产品双管壁厚、分层不均匀的现象。从而确保在任何工况下双出的管材尺寸亦或每根的分层尺寸精度都得以  控制；
 
 
冷却定型、牵引、无屑切割、集中堆放等系统都按照双出理念特殊结构，不仅外形美观，同样具有结构科学、使用方便等优势，突出了凯德产品在工业美学与人性化设计的  结合；
 
 
根据双出特点特别设计的PLC可编程逻辑控制系统，具有操作简单、使用方便等优势。同时我们将伺服跟踪技术、转静态数字滤波技术等  在线测控技术应用于高速挤出测控系统中，保证了高速挤出过程中对产品精度的了解与控制。
