清洗系統使用說明 / K-PUMP-CW operating instructions
1. 視塗料之輸送使用壓力為依據，設置清洗溶劑之輸送使用壓力。
      Paint conveying use of pressure as the basis set used cleaning solvent delivery pressure.
  塗料輸送壓力與清洗溶劑輸送壓力必須【相等】。
  Paint delivery pressure, with the cleaning solvent delivery pressure must be equal.
  例如:塗料輸送壓力 2kg/cm2 = 清洗溶劑輸送壓力 2kg/cm2.
  如此塗料與溶劑才可避免相混合.
  Example: Paint delivery pressure 2kg/cm2 = Cleaning solvent delivery pressure 2kg/cm2
             Paints and solvents can we prevent mixing.
  2. 順時針方向旋轉, 為塗料出口, 為塗料入口。

內轉梅花輪幫浦 / Internal type club gear pump

傳動原理 / Drive principle:
利用外7齒主動輪帶動內8齒被動輪,使液體能藉由半圓齒形旋轉直到進入流道口,因齒形為圓弧接觸,故不易磨損。
Using the external seven teeth to spur the internal eight teeth is for liquid rotating with the compass tooth profile until entering channel outlet, because the tooth arc contacts, it can't be easily worn.
