1.门体系统
 
  门板厚度40mm，前后两面钢板的边缘成型后非直接接触，有效地避免了冷桥效应，防止门板被冻结。保温节能效果突显。双面0. 5mm厚双层镀锌钢板，表面聚酯涂层，采用荷兰阿克苏诺贝尔油漆，保证门板彩钢的色泽鲜艳度及持久度，系国际彩钢板高标准。内部填充采用聚氨酯高分子（美国亨斯迈）发泡，发泡密度45kg/m3，发泡密度45kg/m3。预埋1mm加强钢板于合页固定位置。

2.平衡系统
 
  扭簧平衡系统 选用合金钢60Si2Mn制作循环寿命超过80000个循环周期；平衡轴为Ф25.4实心45#圆钢，表面热镀锌处理，提升绳轮为铝质柱形绳轮或塔形绳轮，采用Ø5mm航空专用钢丝绳。
 
Balance system
